The primary purpose of a friendship group is to assist individuals in living out friendship at a sanctifying level by means of grace, and through the weekly sharing of piety, study and action each person is encouraged to persevere in the struggle to be transformed into the image of Christ in the world, and thereby Christianize families, workplaces, parishes and neighborhoods.
